Installation Instructions
Download software

• Click Run. The download process should take about 20 seconds.
  
• The installation will walk you through the process.
  
• If you receive the message "The Publisher could not be verified. Are you sure you want to run this software?" Click Run.
  
• The Installer will ask you to continue, agree to a licensing agreement and where to put it. When done, just click Finish.
  
• An FXClient icon will appear on your desktop.
  

Viewing Instructions

• Double-Click the icon.
  
• Click the button on the bottom labeled Login.
  
• On the Login-Setup page, click Add.
  
  • DVR Location Code: treats
    
  • Connect using: LAN/Internet
    
  • IP/Domain: 74.143.18.138
    
  • Connection Port: 2002
    
  • Username: suite number, no spaces (ex. suite110)
    
  • Password: Password you gave at Sign-in.
    
• Once the information is entered, Click OK
  
• Now, to Connect to Treats Pet Resort Web Cam and to see your pet, Click Connect.
  
• To Enlarge picture, so the image fills the screen, double-click on the image of the Suite.
  

The info should be saved, so when you open the software back up, all you need to do is go to Login and left-click Connect.

Notes:

• Internet access must be Broadband or "High-Speed" only.
• This software is for Microsoft 98SE, ME, XP or Vista only.
• Vista Users - If you only see half the screen and the other half is black then you need to switch to "Vista Basic" for your desktop theme. To do this, You will need to right-click on the desktop screen and select Appearance and then select Vista Basic, then save/apply and close out.
• Make sure all "Firewalls" are turned off. They will stop the video traffic back and forth from your PC.
